Success Stories

Real systems, running in production. Client names and NDAs stay protected, but the engineering is ours.

02Hospitality & Gaming

Real-Time Infrastructure at Casino Scale

A hospitality technology client needed a display and monitoring platform for their slot machine network, one that could handle live state updates across thousands of physical machines without lag, without drift, and without downtime.

What we built

A real-time platform architected on .NET and Node.js, syncing state across the fleet via SignalR and RabbitMQ. On the frontend, a dashboard consuming live event streams from multiple third-party integrations (IGT, GCM among them) to reflect machine status the moment it changes. To validate the system before go-live, we built our own load testing framework in Node.js from scratch, simulating large-scale concurrent connections rather than trusting off-the-shelf tools. We ran it across three parallel projects on identical architecture and pushed the stack to 9,000–10,000 concurrent connections.

Result

The platform sustained 5,000+ concurrent users at launch with sub-second state sync across 2,000+ live machines. No critical downtime at go-live. Deployment moved to Docker + AWS Fargate, cutting environment drift between dev and staging to near zero.

03Insurance

Enterprise Insurance Management System

An enterprise insurance provider was running policy operations across spreadsheets and disconnected tools, with no single source of truth and no real visibility into revenue trends across brands and regions.

What we built

A full-stack internal management system from the ground up. Django and PostgreSQL on the backend, Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, styled with Tailwind and shadcn/ui. The core of the build was a real-time dashboard with multi-dimensional filtering (day, month, quarter, year, brand, insurance type) surfacing live sales and revenue statistics through interactive charts. Security mattered as much as speed here. We implemented full Authentication, Authorization, and Role-Based Access Control across the API layer to keep sensitive policy data compartmentalized by role.

Result

The backend now processes 1,000–3,000 policy records a day submitted concurrently by multiple consultants, with data integrity intact. Management gets a live view of the business instead of a monthly export.

04Enterprise Operations

ERP Backend & Automated Data Pipelines

A growing operations team was manually re-keying data between Excel and their internal tools, a slow process prone to errors that scaled badly as the team grew.

What we built

An ERP backend on .NET, structured around Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design so the system could grow without turning into spaghetti. The centerpiece was a reusable Excel import/export engine with custom Excel-to-POCO mapping (built on NPOI), turning what used to be manual data entry into a repeatable, reliable building block. We backed it with a full testing discipline: integration tests in Postman wired into CI/CD, unit tests across every module, and a TDD approach to keep regressions out of production.

Result

Excel-related feature development time dropped by roughly 50%. Authorization was rebuilt around group-based permissions to match real org structure, and integration testing cut production bugs significantly.

05EdTech

Microservices E-Learning Platform

An education client wanted a learning platform that could scale past a single monolith, supporting drag-and-drop course building, video content at scale, and reliable payments, without the whole system falling over as usage grew.

What we built

A microservice architecture on .NET and React, structured with DDD principles and shared building blocks in a mono-repo. Payment reliability was handled with a Saga pattern across services, so a failure mid-transaction never left the system in a broken state. Video was processed through a dedicated service built on FFMPEG, streaming uploads to Azure Blob Storage in chunks to handle large files without timing out. Infrastructure ran on a self-hosted GitLab CI/CD pipeline with a private artifact repository and Docker registry, with Nginx handling reverse proxy and custom domain routing.

Result

A production platform now serving 1,000+ active students, built on architecture designed to keep scaling without a rewrite.
