Small, senior, and building our own product too.
Lucius started because US teams needed senior engineering without senior US payroll, and Vietnam has no shortage of engineers who can deliver it. We're not a 300-person shop with a history to lean on. We're young, and we lean into that: proof over pedigree. PortAll, our own in-house product, is the clearest evidence of that: we don't just staff projects, we build and run software ourselves.
